The roller has an aluminium core and is coated with a brown rubber compound of 70±5 ShA. The rubber provides very good grip, is abrasion-resistant, and leaves no traces on the wood.
Weinig rollers are suitable for installation in various Weinig machines. Upon request, we can coat the roller with another rubber compound (send us an inquiry).
There is also the option to have your old roller recoated, which is a more cost-effective solution (send us an inquiry).
