Video surveillance notice
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2) and Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation, we inform you that in the company ELASTOMERI Ltd. Celje, Bežigrajska cesta 4, 3000 Celje, is under video surveillance.
The video surveillance operator is: ELASTOMERI Ltd. Celje, Bežigrajska cesta 4, 3000 Celje.
Video surveillance has been established in the area of business premises, parking lots and in the remaining immediate surroundings of the company ELASTOMERI Ltd. Celje, as follows from the description of the video surveillance area.

Purpose of processing personal data:
- ensuring the safety of people (higher level of risk to employees due to the nature of the work: working with dangerous and automated work equipment, tools, materials (such as machines, transport vehicles, elevators, forklifts, ovens, injection presses, cold stores, chemicals, waste, etc.), working with customers) and protecting real estate and movable property (products and materials (including chemicals, waste), equipment, work equipment and tools, documentation, company and personal vehicles, merchandise, protecting the property of employees and other individuals entering the area, etc.), in the company’s facilities and the surrounding area and monitoring the danger or threat to the facility (mainly due to dangerous, automated machines, furnaces, elevators, hazardous waste, heavy products and materials (including chemicals and hazardous waste), unauthorized entry) – hereinafter the safety of people and property,
- control of entries and exits to the area of business premises and parking lots and the rest of the surroundings in order to ensure security – hereinafter: entry control,
- supervision of working time registration (hereinafter: supervision of registrations) to ensure correct registrations and investigation in case of deviations, violations,
- control of the delivery and acceptance of goods, materials, equipment, waste (hereinafter: control of acceptance and issue) in the event of irregularities or violations,
- protection of confidential data and trade secrets (such as business documentation, documentation of goods or services sold, personal data of employees, business partners, clients and customers),
- asserting, proving, opposing a legal claim (such as various complaints, objections, work accidents, various requests from customers and buyers, etc.) – hereinafter: claims,
- prevention and investigation of illegal acts, for the purposes of possible procedures due to illegal interference or illegal acts, including research (such as theft or damage to property (vandalism), intentional damage to assets (machinery, transport vehicles, tools), damage to employee property, etc.) – hereinafter: proving illegal interference.
Types of data collected or processed:
- video recording of the movement of a natural person in the area or business premises of the controller,
- date and time of the recording.
Video surveillance area:
Video surveillance is carried out by recording:
- production,
- office,
- yards,
- entrances,
- driveways,
- parking lots,
- warehouses.
Legal basis and legitimate interest
To ensure the security and privacy of the processing of personal data collected through video surveillance, the controller ensures appropriate handling of your personal data.
The processing is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the controller. In accordance with the principle of proportionality, the company has assessed that such interests are not overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual to whom the personal data relate, as in this regard the company ensures:
- safety of people and property,
- entry and exit control,
- control of working time registration,
- control of receipt and issue,
- protection of confidential data and trade secrets,
- asserting, proving, opposing a legal claim,
- proving illegal interventions.
Export of data to a third country or international organization.
Personal data is not transferred to a third country or international organization.
Users of personal data:
- person responsible for video surveillance,
- the controller’s contractual processor – in cases of introducing procedures or in the case of maintaining or servicing the video surveillance system (entry to the premises is possible only with the approval and under the supervision of the responsible person),
- upon explicit request by users who have a basis for obtaining personal data in law, the individual’s personal consent or a contractual relationship.
Access to the video surveillance system is only allowed to the responsible person.
Storage of personal data
Taking into account the principles set out in Article 5 of the General Regulation and Article 76 of the ZVOP – 2, video surveillance recordings are stored for a maximum of one year from the moment the recording was made, and are expected to be stored for approximately 1-2 months, after which they are automatically deleted or overwritten.
The operator of the video surveillance system shall ensure, for each viewing or use of recordings, the possibility of subsequently determining which recordings were processed, when and how they were used or to whom they were forwarded, who performed these processing actions, when and for what purpose or on what legal basis. This data may be stored in accordance with Article 22 of the ZVOP -2 for two years after the end of the year in which they were created, unless another law provides otherwise.
The retention period does not apply to recordings that are copied for the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims (e.g. in the event of a security incident or a damaging event). Copies of such recordings are retained until the proceedings in which the legal claims are asserted, exercised or defended are concluded, or, in the absence of such proceedings, until such claims become time-barred.
Method of processing
The controller does not carry out automated decision-making, including profiling.
An individual is not required to specifically provide any personal data, nor is there a contractual or legal obligation to provide data.
Your existing rights
Posameznik, na katerega se nanašajo osebni podatki, ima pravico do:
- correction of personal data and completion of incomplete personal data;
- restrictions on processing in relation to the data subject;
- deletion of personal data;
- access to personal data;
- data portability, but only if the processing is based on a contract and if the processing is carried out by automated means;
- objection;
- that he is not subject to a decision based solely on automated processing;
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
