In the Elastomeri online store, My Account gives you quick and easy access to information about your orders. As a registered user, you have access to a lot of data. This way you can check the status of your order or (if still possible) change your personal information and billing and delivery address. You can create your profile and receive our e-newsletter with special offers, current discounts and news.

You will find a practical overview on the My Account homepage. Here you can change passwords, edit personal information and delivery and billing addresses, sign up for newsletters, etc.

My orders

• Order overview

All orders are systematically arranged by date. Each order is equipped with its own serial number, which you can use to facilitate communication with the clerks and identify the item when picking it up in person. The list shows the order date, item price, and order processing stage.

• Order details – shipment tracking

Within each order, you see all the information you provided when placing the order. These include billing address, delivery address, delivery method, payment method, item identification, number of items ordered, and price.


Under the “Shipment Tracking” function, you can also check where your order is currently (preparing items in the warehouse, shipping via delivery service, waiting for pickup, etc.).

• Newsletter

Would you like to be informed about new products, discounts and special promotions, such as free shipping, discounts, seasonal sales, promotional sets, most popular items and the like? Simply check “Yes, I want to receive e-newsletters” and you will receive them to your email address. We send out e-newsletters weekly.

• Account Termination

If you select the option Cancel user account, you will receive an email with instructions for canceling your account. ATTENTION: Account termination is irreversible and prevents further access to order data.

Wish list

If you will be purchasing the same items from us more often, you can create your own wish lists for future purchases to make ordering easier. You can save an individual item to your list by clicking the “Save to list” button. You can then freely edit your wish lists as you wish.

Here you can change your personal information (first name, last name, delivery and billing address).

You can also place an order by phone. We are available from Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM and on Fridays from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
