From the garage to today – our company’s journey in a few steps
The beginning
The company’s founder, Danilo Fajs, began producing technical rubber products in his home garage in 1976. With his dedication and product quality, the company gained the status of the sole supplier of these products to Siemens.
Expansion of the production program
The years 1987 and 1993 were crucial for the company, as it expanded its production program during this period – first by refurbishing printing cylinders, and then in 1993 by starting to manufacture and refurbish reels for woodworking machines. This expansion enabled immediate entry into the European market.
The company gets a new manager
In 1994, Matjaž Fajs, the son of founder Danilo Fajs, took over the management of the company, and a year later the company moved to a new location, as production growth required more space for further development.
Supplementation of the production program
The addition of the production program to the production of toothed discs for woodworking machines in 1999 enabled the company to expand its activities and strengthen its competitive advantages.
New premises
Due to the expansion of the production program and production volume, construction of new business premises at the same location.
New leadership
In 2024, the third generation of the Fajs family took over the management of the company, under the leadership of Matej Fajs, who believes that employee development and strengthening in the global market with new opportunities and strategic partnerships are the key to the company’s further growth.
The company currently has 15 employees. We create added value through high quality, customer customization, and short delivery times.
In the past, the company has always taken care of solid business foundations on which it built its business. These foundations remain solid in the present and will continue to be so in the future. The company’s growth is organic and the majority of employees’ efforts are directed towards improving the quality of products and services. An integral part of the quality of services are also customer relations, to which we have already paid a lot of attention and which we intend to further refine, improve, and upgrade.
The company’s goal is to make customers feel comfortable and safe when dealing with us – so that they will want to do business with us again. Their satisfaction remains our first concern. We want and will become the BEST IN THE WORLD! And at reasonable prices.
