When ordering steel rollers, the customer must select the following:

  • the tooth profile (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, X – if you select tooth profile X, do not choose the direction of the teeth or the material, as it is only available in chrome-plated version)
  • the direction of the teeth (straight or helical)
  • the material (standard – hardened only, chrome-plated – hardened + chrome-plated)

These steel rollers are suitable for installation in various Guilliet machines.

]]> The roller has a steel core and is coated with a brown rubber compound with a hardness of 70±5 ShA. The rubber provides excellent grip, leaves no marks, and is abrasion-resistant.

The roller is suitable for installation in various guillotine machines. We can also coat the roller with a different rubber compound upon request (please send us an inquiry).

Alternatively, we offer the option of having the roller re-rubberized, which is a more economical solution (please send us an inquiry).
